This Privacy Policy describes how Xix Inc. ("xix3D," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use Zeno, our 3D automotive visualization platform, including the website at xix3d.com and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), company name (if provided), and other information you choose to provide during registration.
Payment information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number. We retain billing details such as your billing name, address, the last four digits of your card, and the card brand and expiration date as provided to us by Stripe.
Usage information
We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, pages and features accessed, render counts, time spent, and similar diagnostic data. This is collected automatically through cookies, log files, and analytics tools.
Content you upload
The Services allow you to upload images, vector graphics, and design files ("Content"). We store this Content to provide the Services to you. We do not access, view, or use your Content for any purpose other than to operate the Services for you, unless required by law or to investigate a credible report of misuse.
Communications
If you contact us by email, phone, or through a support form, we collect the contents of your message, your contact details, and any other information you choose to provide so we can respond.

- Service providers: With trusted vendors who help us operate the Services, for example, Stripe (payments), our hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data only as needed to perform their services.

- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account information and Content for as long as your account is active. Backups may persist for a limited time before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.

No system is perfectly secure, however; please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately at support@xix3D.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

xix3D is based in Canada. The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
